Refund Policy

Coin Farmer is downloadable software designed to automate certain OKX spot-trading actions according to settings selected by the user. Because cryptocurrency markets are unpredictable, refunds are based on the operation of the software—not on trading results.

7-Day Technical Satisfaction Refund

You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of your original purchase if Coin Farmer cannot be installed, activated, or operated substantially as documented and our support team is unable to resolve the technical issue.

Before approving a technical refund, we may ask for non-sensitive diagnostic information reasonably necessary to reproduce or troubleshoot the problem.

What Is Not Refundable

Trading losses, unrealized losses, missed opportunities, or changes in cryptocurrency prices.
Dissatisfaction with trade frequency, entry timing, profitability, or market performance.
Exchange outages, API failures, regional restrictions, account limitations, or changes made by OKX or another third party.
Problems caused by unsupported operating systems, user-modified files, malware, incompatible security software, or unauthorized modifications.
Purchases made more than 7 calendar days before the refund request, except where required by applicable law.

No Performance Guarantee

Coin Farmer does not guarantee profits, a particular win rate, a minimum number of trades, a specific return, or any other investment outcome. Past results, testing results, screenshots, examples, or demonstrations do not guarantee future results.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@coinfarmer.quietandfast.com within the 7-day period. Include the email address used for purchase, your license identifier, and a brief description of the technical problem.

Never send your OKX API Secret, API passphrase, account password, recovery codes, withdrawal credentials, or other sensitive credentials. Coin Farmer support does not need them.

Chargebacks

Please contact support first so we have a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of the associated software license, subject to applicable law and payment-processor rules.

This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
