Risk Disclosure
Last updated: September 14, 2026
Coin Farmer automates certain cryptocurrency spot-trading actions based on user-selected settings. Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk. Please read this disclosure before enabling LIVE MODE.
Cryptocurrency Risk
Cryptocurrency prices can rise or fall rapidly. You may lose some or all of the capital allocated to a position, and an asset may remain below your purchase price for an extended period.
Automation Risk
Automated software can act faster and more consistently than manual trading, but automation does not remove market risk. A strategy that performed well previously may perform differently under new market conditions.
Exchange and API Risk
Orders may be delayed, rejected, partially filled, filled at an unexpected price, or affected by fees, minimum-order requirements, liquidity, outages, rate limits, API changes, account restrictions, or other exchange conditions.
Connectivity and Computer Risk
Internet outages, computer failure, operating-system updates, antivirus software, power loss, corrupted files, or other technical events can interrupt operation. Users are responsible for maintaining a suitable environment and monitoring their own account.
Settings and Allocation Risk
Coin Farmer allows users to choose allocation levels, room sizes, room limits, entry parameters, rent targets, and other settings. More aggressive settings can increase exposure and risk. No setting is appropriate for every user or market.
No Guaranteed Profit or Win Rate
Coin Farmer does not guarantee that any trade will be profitable, that a rent target will be reached, that losses will be avoided, or that any historical or demonstrated win rate will continue.
Past performance, testing, screenshots, sample trades, backtests, dry runs, live observations, or testimonials are not guarantees of future results.
Capital Management
Consider maintaining uncommitted reserve capital rather than allocating all available funds at once. Unused cash can provide flexibility during larger market declines. The appropriate amount of reserve capital depends on your own circumstances and risk tolerance.
Spot Trading Does Not Eliminate Loss
Coin Farmer is designed around spot trading rather than leveraged derivatives, but spot positions can still lose substantial value and can remain underwater for long periods.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for deciding whether cryptocurrency trading is suitable for you, how much capital to allocate, which assets to trade, and whether to enable LIVE MODE. You should not trade with money needed for essential expenses or money you cannot afford to lose.
Not Financial Advice
Coin Farmer, its website, documentation, support, and examples are provided for software-operation and educational purposes. They are not individualized financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
