Terms of Use

Last updated: September 14, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Coin Farmer software, documentation, website materials, and related services. By installing, activating, or using Coin Farmer, you agree to these Terms.

1. Software License

Coin Farmer grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your own lawful purposes, subject to the license terms associated with your purchase.

You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, bypass licensing controls, extract proprietary logic, or use Coin Farmer to create a competing product except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.

2. Your Exchange Account

You are solely responsible for your OKX account, API credentials, account security, balances, trading permissions, regional eligibility, and compliance with OKX rules.

Coin Farmer is designed to work with Read + Trade API permissions. You should not enable Withdraw permission for a Coin Farmer API key.

3. User-Controlled Settings

You choose your trading pair, allocation, room size, room limits, entry settings, rent target, operating mode, and other available settings. You are responsible for reviewing those settings before enabling LIVE MODE.

DRY RUN is provided so you can observe behavior without intentionally placing real orders. You should use DRY RUN before enabling LIVE MODE.

4. No Investment Advice

Coin Farmer is software, not a broker, investment adviser, fiduciary, financial planner, or portfolio manager. Nothing provided by Coin Farmer constitutes individualized financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Cryptocurrency markets are volatile and losses are possible. Coin Farmer does not guarantee profits, successful trades, any particular win rate, capital preservation, continuous operation, trade frequency, or any specific financial result.

6. Third-Party Services

Coin Farmer depends on third-party systems, including OKX, internet service providers, operating systems, and network infrastructure. We are not responsible for outages, delays, API changes, rejected orders, account restrictions, price-feed errors, slippage, fees, or other events outside our reasonable control.

7. Security and Credentials

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. Do not send API secrets, passphrases, passwords, recovery codes, or withdrawal credentials to Coin Farmer support.

8. Updates and Changes

We may update the software, documentation, website, features, requirements, or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date or other reasonable notice.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not use Coin Farmer for unlawful activity, unauthorized account access, market manipulation, abuse of exchange systems, evasion of legal restrictions, or any activity prohibited by applicable law or exchange rules.

10. Intellectual Property

Coin Farmer, its software, branding, design, documentation, proprietary logic, and related materials are owned by their respective rights holder(s) and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coin Farmer is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or error-free performance.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coin Farmer and its owner(s), developers, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, loss of data, exchange losses, or losses caused by third-party systems.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, total liability arising from the software or related services will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable Coin Farmer license during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate a license for fraud, abuse, unlawful use, attempted circumvention of licensing controls, unauthorized redistribution, or material violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

14. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the separate Refund Policy.
